Richard Davies began his career as a director/editor/cinematographer for PBS at KCET in Los Angeles.  In 1985 he established RBDavies, Inc., a television production company. His credits include a wide range of documentaries, spots and TV specials. For over 20 years he traveled extensively overseas in Asia, Africa and South America for World Vision, an international relief organization. He also has a long history producing TV specials for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 1999 Richard formed West Coast Producers Group, producing 15 hours of primetime programming for MSNBC.  Today as chief executive of WCPG, he continues to write, produce and direct selected projects.

Glenna Huffman is a producer/director/writer who excels in generating show concepts, research and writing.  Glenna has worked on staff at WCPG/RBD for the past 18 years. She was senior producer and writer on a number of MSNBC specials and numerous other WCPG projects. More recently she produced & directed a video series for Kaiser Permanente and produced the 2008 Thanks & Giving commercials and film trailers.

Michael Powditch, finance and business manager for WCPG, began his career with accounting and financial management training in the UK and Canada. Moving to Los Angeles in the mid-80’s Michael has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in marketing and promoting creative talent, production and project management and client liaison within the media field. 

Randi Cogert-Richman’s background as a Producer/Writer/Editor spans reality style, documentary, corporate and press kit programming.   Credits include work for corporate giants such as Kaiser Permanente and Blue Cross, to 'behind the scenes' featurettes for major motion picture studios.  Randi was also a lead producer of documentary segments for seven "Comic Relief" TV specials on HBO.  Additional television experience includes working on projects for World Vision and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Music videos for Jefferson Starship, Raven, and John McCafferty, as well as a promotional film for D.K. Publishing’s book, “Grateful Dead: The Illustrated Trip,” speak of her diverse skills.

Hudson “Chip” LeGrand's professional experience includes numerous televisions specials and segment producing.  He has written, directed and edited over 70 projects which include informational pieces, travelogues, public service spots, industrials and entertainment.  He served as the in-house producer/director of business communications videos for Blue Cross of California for several years and has written and directed numerous projects for the U.S. Navy, the Marine Corps and the U.S. Army. Currently, Chip is a producer/editor at WCPG.

Clement Barclay is an independent producer/editor with a long list of national credits.  His work has appeared on the BBC, History Channel, National Geographic, Lifetime and PBS.  Clement has edited a number of WCPG projects over the past eight years.  Recently Clement was awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and is currently in production on that project.

Anders Falk has over 15 years experience as a lighting cameraman, editor, field producer and segment director in film and television. He has shot behind-the-scenes documentaries on numerous big budget features. For two seasons of Fine Living Network's Radical Sabbatical biography series Anders directed many segments while also shooting much of the material.  At West Coast Producers Group he has contributed camera work for Headliners and Legends, St. Jude's Thanks & Giving campaign and spots for World Vision.  Originally from Sweden he is fluent in four languages and graduated with honors from USC's film school.

 Steve Green is an accomplished director of photography who specializes in high end national commercials and documentaries. Steve has won three Addy Awards for his work with the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas.  His commercial clients over the years reads as a who's who of corporate America.  At WCPG Steve has been DP for the nationally aired Thanks & Giving spots.
